The Southern Counties Archery Society (SCAS) is one of the nine Regional Societies that make up the Grand National Archery Society (GNAS) - the lead body and Olympic representative for archery in the UK.

The SCAS Coaching Group is that part of SCAS responsible for Coaches and Coaching across the fifteen counties in the South and East of England.

We:

   • Advise the regional body on coaching matters.
   • Represent the region at national level on coaching matters.
   • Assist member counties with their coaching operations.
   • Aid communication between the counties of the region and the national body.
   • Play a vital role in the registration of coaches.
   • Are the first point of contact for those seeking specialist advice, training courses, or a qualified coach.
